At this time, it's just a matter of priorities as we are focusing on trying to get up to speed on the must have features.

Not necessary. It's a subjective matter. A PE or 1 doesn't necessary mean it is good. So instead of coloring based on whether it is an improvement, we color code based on increase or decrease in value for these.
